ReadCities have a direct impact on the quality of life and on the access of their residents to support systems and services, and therefore also on their future prospects. Rashi’s experience has led to the development of a strategy based in the belief in the power of local municipalities to expand opportunities and drive meaningful change in residents’ lives.
