Training change agents

Nurturing human capital and management capacity are important components in ensuring the sustainability of initiatives, and in widening their “ripple effect” to create long-term impact. As part of this approach, we invest in developing managers in civil society organizations by strengthening their values compass, leadership skills, and professional capabilities.

Additionally, we aim to strengthen the professional capacity and commitment among all those who are involved in the activity, so that they will recruit others to the mission and continue to advance it even after the intervention ends.
