מאז הקמתה פועלת הקרן ליישום חזונו של גוסטב: ישראל חזקה ומשגשגת אשר שואבת את כוחה מחברה בה ניתנת לכל פרט ההזדמנות לממש את מלוא הפוטנציאל הטמון בו.
