An initiative to create a nationwide network of centers that specialize in treating children and their families as well as in community-oriented education and training. After developing the model in cooperation with the Ministry of Welfare and the National Insurance Institute, it became a state-funded service operated by NGOs, among them associations that are part of the Rashi Network.
