Young adults and employment

As they embark on independent lives, many young adults face challenges and need tailored guidance and support in order to close gaps in knowledge and skills. At the same time, this group represents an important resource for future leadership and for community resilience in peripheral localities, and in Israeli society as a whole.

Rashi’s initiatives are designed to address the lack of employment opportunities available to young adults in the periphery, especially in places affected by the war. Combining regional development processes and personal training programs, they create an opportunity-rich environment where young people gain tools to advance their careers, as well as a sense of purpose and belonging.
